Schon w\u00e4hrend der Pandemie \u00fcbernahm das plus-Magazin mehr und mehr eine verbindende Rolle als Ersatzb\u00fcro, als ein St\u00fcck Heimat.<\/p>\n<p>Auch sperrige Themen wie Resilienz oder Mathematik finden Eingang in das Heft. Das plus-Magazin wird an mehr als 20.000 Mitarbeitende sowie Bank- und Vertriebspartner nach Hause geschickt.<\/p>\n<p>Attraktive journalistische Formate kommen zur Anwendung: Reportage, Interview, Wimmelbild und mehr. Die Tonalit\u00e4t ist sowohl von den Texten als auch von der Bildsprache auf Bodenhaftung, N\u00e4he und Unterhaltsamkeit angelegt. Dabei wird die Aufgabe nie vergessen: Vermittlung der Unternehmensstrategie.<\/p>\n<p>Jury-Statement:<br \/>\nKonzept: Es ist eine sehr gute Auffrischung des Konzepts Mitarbeiter-Zeitung, Schwerpunktausgaben zu machen. Mutig, ausgerechnet das sperrige Thema Mathematik zu w\u00e4hlen. Aber es stimmt nat\u00fcrlich: Versicherungen haben sehr viel mit Mathematik zu tun. \u201cLassen sich Risiken gerecht verteilen?\u201d ist nur eine Frage, die im Heft er\u00f6rtert wird. <\/p>\n<p>Das Konzept gibt die Chance, Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter vorzustellen, die sich t\u00e4glich mit Mathematik befassen. <\/p>\n<p>Das wird die Jury nicht vergessen: Ein Artikel \u00fcber Excel.
