Anl\u00e4sslich des Jubil\u00e4ums hat Klett ein Jubil\u00e4umsmagazin f\u00fcr die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter ver\u00f6ffentlicht.<\/p>\n<p>Das Jubil\u00e4umsmagazin reflektiert gemeinsame Werte, Vergangenheit und Gegenwart des Unternehmens. Das Ziel: das Zugeh\u00f6rigkeitsgef\u00fchl zu st\u00e4rken, das \u201cWir\u201d-Gef\u00fchl zu f\u00f6rdern und die Position jedes Mitarbeiters zu betonen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Jubil\u00e4umsausgabe umfasst Themen wie das Familienunternehmen, Werte, Geschichte und Unternehmenssparten. Kritische Entwicklungsphasen, z.B. Verlagsarbeit von 1933 bis 1945, werden transparent beleuchtet.<\/p>\n<p>Das Magazin ist zweiteilig, mit historischen und aktuellen Schwerpunkten, gestaltet in einem abwechslungsreichen Design.<\/p>\n<p>Jury-Statement<br \/>\nKonzept: Sehr gute Idee, das Magazin in zwei Teile zu gliedern. Sehr \u00fcbersichtlich, dass man neue Themen mit einer Doppelseite beginnt, auf der nur die \u00dcberschrift steht. Das hilft bei der Navigation.<\/p>\n<p>Design: Sehr \u00fcbersichtliches Layout, bei dem oft mit Zeitschienen und Faktenboxen gearbeitet wird.<\/p>\n<p>Fotografie: Historische Aufnahmen werden sehr gut aufbereitet und pr\u00e4sentiert. Die Gegenwart wird mit authentischen Fotos dokumentiert. <\/p>\n<p>Insgesamt: Konzept und Design auf der H\u00f6he der Zeit.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div id=\"attachment_17797\" style=\"width:
